Cohalo Advisory LLC (“Cohalo”) takes the use of personal information of our Clients very seriously and is committed to safeguarding it as described in the following Privacy Policy (“Policy”) effective as of July 24, 2018 and governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.

Per our Policy, Cohalo does not sell non-public personal information to anyone, nor do we provide such information to others except for discrete and applicable purposes in servicing a relationship. Registered Investment Advisers (“RIAs”) must however collect and occasionally share Client information in the course of business, which may include the following:

  • Official Client identifiers (SSN, TIN, EIN, etc)
  • Name, address, phone number(s), email address(es)
  • Income and expenses
  • Assets and liabilities
  • Investment experience and activity
  • Risk tolerance
  • Account information at other institutions, including account agreements/forms, transactional information, questionnaires, and other applicable information

To safeguard Client information from unauthorized access and use, we maintain safeguards such as secure passwords and authentication systems, encrypted file storage, a secure office environment, and related measures that comply with federal law. Further, we require third parties that assist in providing our services to protect the personal information they receive from us.

Cohalo has no affiliates and does not share information with non-affiliates so they can market to Clients, nor do we jointly market with other financial companies.

Cohalo reserves the right to modify this Policy from time to time, but we will not revise to permit sharing of Client information other than as described without advance notice and opportunity to prevent sharing. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at 833-426-4256.
